Returned Goods Authorization (Policy)

• Goods are returned to NED for exchange or warranty evaluation must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to shipment.
• Packages without an RGA number may be refused by NED.
• All returns must be shipped prepaid by the buyer.
• Call NED at 1-800-343-6086 to receive an RGA number and instructions for return.
