Warranty Information

• NED guarantees all products against the material and workmanship defects up to three years from the date of shipment.
• Warranty is valid only to original purchaser of product from NED; secondary buyers must process claims through distributor.
• Items must be returned to NED at buyer's expense for evaluation by NED.
• Replacement item or credit is authorized only when manufacturing defects are found during evaluation; normal wear is not covered and misuse voids the warranty.
• Items returned to NED for evaluation must receive a Return Goods Authorization number prior to to shipment.
